Jai Bhagat

Jai Bhagat was a co-founder of SkyTel Communications, Inc., where he served as Vice Chairman and CEO prior to SkyTel's merger with MCI. Mr. Bhagat also served as Chairman of the License Exempt sector of the Wireless Communications Association International (WCA) trade association. He has served as Chairman and a board member of both the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA) and American Mobile Satellite Corporate (now Motient). He currently serves on the board of Elandia, Inc and Axesstel.

Maru Davila

Maru Davila is the Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Corporación de Telecomunicaciones Regionales, a telecommunications company she founded in Mexico that provides phone and Internet services to underserved markets in Mexico. Ms. Davila was one of the founders and Board members of 1st Pacific Bank of California and is currently a board member Vibra Bank in San Diego.

Larry Kull

Larry Kull is the former President, and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Since retirement, L. Kull has served on the boards of the following technology companies: Diablo Research Corporation, Space Electronics Corporation, Stellcom Technology Corporation, and Science and Engineering Associates.

He is also a director of Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd., Computer Associates, Salient 3 Communications, Inc., Storage Technology Corporation, The Titan Corporation, and a family of Prudential Mutual Funds.

Sue Major

Sue Major is the co-founder and Managing Partner of DavenportMajor, a retained executive search firm. Ms. Major specializes in the wireless, telecom, software and semiconductor sectors, and serves Fortune 500 companies. Major has introduced numerous technology products, including two-way radios, cellular handsets and a first generation PDA while at Motorola.
